In het project Migrant Liter@cies gaat Mediawijs samen met 8 partners uit 7 landen op zoek naar de beste praktijken waarbij ICT en (sociale) media worden ingezet om een taal te leren. We focussen ons daarbij op praktijken die zich richten tot volwassen nieuwkomers.

But since the rise of digital and social media these messages spread faster and longer. And anyone can produce and publish any kind of information.
Media literacy was defined by the Flemish gouvernment as a competence. But a competence is first and foremost a means to an end. With the Mediawijs Competence Model we also formulated goals you can achieve with media around the competences. But these goals are also just steps on the way to the end goal to work on media literacy, the why.
